1 Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tenji (tenji.ai), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("Tenji," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Tenji.

2 The Service

Tenji is a software platform that helps agencies and freelancers find leads, build websites, generate proposals and scripts, and manage client work for local businesses. Features include the Tenji Website Generator, Lead Scraper, template library, website builder/publishing, CRM, and related AI-powered tools. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

3 Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4 Plans, Credits & Billing

Tenji is offered on subscription plans (currently Free Trial, Starter, Pro, and Agency) and a usage-credit system. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• Free Trial: Provides Starter-level access for 3 days and requires a valid payment method. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, your plan automatically converts to the paid Starter plan (or the plan you selected) and your payment method is charged.
• Credits: Certain features consume credits. Credits are consumed as used, do not constitute currency, have no cash value, and except as required by law do not roll over or refund when unused.
• Renewals & changes: Subscriptions renew automatically. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.
• Cancellation: You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges but does not retroactively refund the current period except as stated in our Refund Policy.

5 Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use Tenji for unlawful purposes; scrape, harvest, or process data in violation of applicable law or third-party rights; send spam or violate anti-spam/communications laws (e.g. CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR e-privacy rules) when using lead or outreach features; build or publish sites containing illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content; resell or misrepresent the service; abuse, reverse-engineer, overload, or attempt to circumvent the platform, its limits, or its security; or use the service to compete by replicating it.

6 Your Content & Client Sites

You retain ownership of content you upload and the client websites you create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service. You are solely responsible for the content, legality, and operation of sites you build and publish for your clients, and for your relationships and agreements with those clients. Tenji is a tool; we are not a party to your client contracts.

7 AI-Generated Output

Tenji uses AI to generate websites, copy, proposals, scripts, and other output. AI output may be inaccurate, generic, or unsuitable without review. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all output before using or publishing it. We make no warranty that output is accurate, original, non-infringing, or fit for a particular purpose.

8 Published Sites & Custom Domains

Publishing and custom-domain features may rely on third-party hosting and infrastructure. Availability, uptime, and domain connection depend in part on those providers and on your correct configuration (e.g. DNS). We are not liable for downtime, domain misconfiguration, or third-party provider failures, though we'll make reasonable efforts to keep the service running.

9 Third-Party Services

Tenji integrates with third parties (e.g. payment processors, OAuth providers, Discord, hosting/domain providers). Your use of those services is governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

10 Intellectual Property

Tenji, its branding, software, design, and content (excluding your content) are owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service per these Terms. The "天" mark, "Tenji," and associated branding are ours.

11 Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or abuse, or to comply with law. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination, your right to use Tenji ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable period subject to our Privacy Policy.

12 Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results (including leads generated or revenue) will meet your expectations. Tenji does not guarantee any business outcome, income, or earnings.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tenji and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tenji from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content or client sites, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the service or email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

16 Governing Law & Disputes
