• Account information: name, email, agency name, profile details, and authentication data (including via OAuth providers you connect, such as Google or Discord).
• Billing information: processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Usage data: how you interact with the service — features used, credits consumed, log and device data, IP address, and analytics.
• Onboarding/attribution data: your response to "how did you find us?" and similar.
• Content you provide: leads, client information, website content, uploads, and other data you put into Tenji.
• Lead data: information you collect or process using the Lead Scraper and related tools.

3 How We Use Information

Google account data: When you choose to sign in with Google, we use the basic profile information Google provides — your name and email address — solely to create your Tenji account, authenticate you, and sign you in. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.

To provide and operate the service; process payments and manage subscriptions/credits; authenticate and secure accounts; provide support; improve and develop features; send service and transactional communications; analyze usage and attribution; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with legal obligations.

4 AI Processing

Some features process your inputs through AI systems (our own and/or third-party model providers) to generate output. Inputs may be transmitted to those providers solely to deliver the feature.

5 Lead Data & Your Responsibilities

When you use lead-generation tools, you may collect personal information about third parties. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process that data and for complying with applicable privacy and anti-spam laws. You act as the controller of lead data you collect; Tenji processes it on your behalf to provide the service.

6 How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with: service providers/subprocessors (hosting, payment processing, AI providers, analytics, domain/SSL infrastructure, Discord integration) under appropriate obligations; authorities when legally required; and parties to a business transfer (merger/acquisition).
