Tenji is a digital software service delivered immediately. As a general rule, all sales are final and subscription fees and credit purchases are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
We understand exceptional situations happen. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed. Submitting a request does not entitle you to a refund.
All refund requests must be made through our Discord at discord.gg/tenjiai. Open a support request there with your account email and the reason for your request. We do not process refund requests through other channels.
The Free Trial gives you full Starter access for 3 days and requires a payment method. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial from your account settings to avoid being billed. Once the trial converts and a charge is made, our standard all-sales-final policy applies.
Purchased and plan-included credits are consumed as you use the service. Used credits are non-refundable. Unused credits are non-refundable except where required by law and do not roll over between billing periods unless your plan states otherwise.
You can cancel your subscription anytime to stop future charges. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not automatically refund the current billing period. You retain access until the end of the period you've paid for.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us via Discord first — we'd rather sort it out directly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your account.
